It is to open one's head, the upper part of one's skull, in a conscious way, to let the light enter inside one's body. This is easily done, but we have several ways to explain it. Perhaps some of you are already familiar with the work of the chakras. You will therefore understand that I am talking about the crown chakra. Or maybe it is unknown to you. Never mind. In this exercise you are asked to imagine a huge three-dimensional flower with thousands of petals above your head. A flower that opens slowly and receives a phenomenal amount of light. Sprinkle it with a white light, pure, sparkling and divine. All this light then pours out into your body and goes to work: it will heal you and remove all evil, all pain, all negative thoughts from your body. Purify your being like this every day. Your body and mind will thank you. Opening up to the divine light is like pulling back the curtain that hides the sun in the morning! Take the time to do it every day!
